Winter Solstice Bitter and cold with a sense of silence. Mother Earth herself is in a state of contemplation. A blanket covers her as she tests the will of creation. A time of courage and survival is at hand and character building is not a want but a need. Instincts sometimes battle within as we labour to find heat and warmth. Our relatives have learned the fine art of survival. Animals seem to have a wisdom unnatural to man. Our brother, the bear, is in hibernation waiting patiently. as the cycles of the seasons complete themselves once again. Thank you, Creator God, for this wonderful dance of creation.
