Truth To Power presents a modern take on a Coast Salish spindle whorl, featuring a British colonial flag with a subtle Coast Salish face at its center. The shadowy image within the flag represents the colonial power over the indigenous Coast Salish peoples of British Columbia. This limited edition silk screen print titled "Truth To Power" by lessLIE was hand produced by the screen printing process. It is the only limited edition printing of this design. The artist has inspected and signed each copy in the edition. All trial copies of this edition have been destroyed and the printing stencils obliterated.
