A Measurement of Tranquility is Mike Alexander's first limited edition print.

Mike is a member of the Crane clan. He says, "I think about the roles and function of the crane every day. I have been taught that Crane possesses leadership qualities in that he can see from a great distance, quietly observing and guiding the community forward. Crane’s leadership comes from introspection, great thought, and storytelling. For me, Crane is a teacher as well as a leader whose strength comes from the power of observation and intellect."

A crane's slow, graceful movements are often associated with tranquility, patience and peace.

This limited edition silk screen print titled "A Measurement of Tranquility" by Mike Alexander was hand produced by the screen printing process. It is the only limited edition printing of this design. The artist has inspected and signed each copy in the edition. All trial copies of this edition have been destroyed and the printing stencils obliterated.
